Payment/Refund Policy

Payment is directly made to Government IGR Department through Legals Tech.

If MTR Chalan is generated the paid amount will not be refunded to the customer.

Refund can be executed in following two conditions:

1. MTR Chalan is not generated.

2. Amount is deposited multiple time in company account.( Multiple payment proof is mandatory for refund ).

Customer must follow Government IGR Department refund policy to apply for refund once the MTR Chalan is generated.

Payment is accepted through following mediums only:

1. Google Pay

2. PhonePe

3. NEFT / RTGS / Cheque

Cash payment is not accepted.
